| Our mission is to provide opportunities
for fellowship and exchange of information among persons sharing an
interest in succulents; to encourage, promote and support all aspects
of the responsible collection, culture, study and conservation of
succulent plants; and to provide opportunities for the exchange and
exhibition of succulent plants. Monthly Meetings SBCSS meets on the 1st Friday of every month at 7:30 p.m. inside the Louise Lowry Davis Center which can be found at 1232 De La Vina St. in downtown Santa Barbara. Parking and Entry to the center is accessed via Victoria St. Our meetings are open to the public. Each month we host a featured speaker, raffle a wide variety of plants and members often share free cuttings of interesting stuff from their own gardens. Membership Annual dues are: Family $14 & Individuals $12. Benefits include a monthly newsletter, library privileges and a free plant* at our annual December Holiday Party & Potluck.
